Messonghi is a relatively unspoilt, small and uncomplicated resort in Corfu running parallel to the sea for about
one mile, and separated from its close neighbour Moraitika by the Messonghi River. The former fishing village
of Messonghi Village located on the south-east coast of Corfu, 14 miles south of the capital, Corfu Town (Kerkyra) and the airport.
