We booked a last minute deal at Capo di Corfu. it turned out to be an amazing bargain. Rooms: spacious clean and with single beds upstairs for kids, excellent for families. Pool, Large un-crowded, pool bar was a great atmosphere.
Food: always a great choice, are kids eat "adult" food and were bowled over with the selection. The theme nights mixed up the fare and the staff were great. Downside is your waistline will expand

Entertainment: the French team were great at getting people involved during the day, and tried really hard with the mixed language/culture of the guests. Not easy, they did a great job, better than thomson ect IMO. The evening entertainment was not in your face & we enjoyed what we saw, mostevenings we relaxed after dinner at the beach and watched the sun godown

only problem is finsing something as good for next summer !!!. Downsides: it is a little remote, but we like this having seen the chaos in kavos we preffered this and didnt really want to leave the hotel anyway. Our transfer from the airport was with youngsters heading to Kavos, next time we will get a taxi direct. Travelled with: Family with Young Children.
